STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1. Purpose

This Statement of Work (“SOW”) is issued pursuant to and subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) entered between {{client_name}}and Seven Stars Services LLC DBA Simpalm (“Search Firm”), dated {{msa_date}}. All terms, conditions, rights, and obligations set forth in the MSA shall apply to this SOW as if fully set forth herein. The Search Firm agrees to deliver the following services:

  • Coordinate interviews between Client and candidates.
